LeapFrog Interactive is currently seeking an accomplished Search Marketing Director to join its Media and Strategy team to manage PPC and SEO staff / campaigns for LFI clients. This person will lead a team to develop, implement, analyze and optimize search engine marketing campaigns that drive business results for our clients.
Applicants must have at least seven (7) years search marketing experience in an interactive agency environment.
Four-year degree required / Master’s preferred.
Key duties of the role include:
• Serve as the agency expert for both paid and natural search strategies • Identify and establish new search relationships and partnerships • Partner with all agency teams to ensure synergies with paid and natural search campaigns • Lead key SEM client presentations and strategic discussions • Author or contribute to whitepapers regarding research, analysis, best practices for search • Develop ongoing customer reports and analysis, which yield qualitative and quantitative trends for ongoing SEM efforts • Stay up-to-date on and advise internal staff and clients of the latest trends in SEM • Collaborate with the Business Development team for SEM product development • Work directly with Business Development team on SEM sales opportunities • Manage key vendor/partner relationships • Manage team of in house experts in Louisville, KY • Daily management of paid search campaigns for LFI and its clients across tier 1 and tier 2 engines • Research and strategy development for paid search campaigns • Reporting, analysis and findings presentations of paid search campaigns both internally and externally (client) • Lead weekly paid search / SEO strategy meetings • Manage high budget / high conversion campaigns in third party management system (Search Ignite) • Support other interactive marketing initiatives including Social Media Marketing endeavors such as blogs, podcasts, social networking, viral campaigns, etc. • Keep up to date with online and search marketing news, trends, best practices and algorithm changes and implement as necessary • Understand the client’s product, markets, the competitors, and their marketing objectives and goals • Coordinate and optimize paid and organic search marketing strategies • Work with analytics team to evaluate the success of the search marketing strategy, and recommend enhancements
