Bring your expertise to Classic Residence by Hyatt, a leader in senior living, located in the corporate office in Chicago. The Director of Digital Marketing has primary responsibility for the overall development, testing and implementation of Digital Marketing strategies. Partnering with the Community Marketing team, in-house creative group and digital marketing agency, the qualified candidate will drive the programs and be responsible for the results of digital marketing efforts for our business. The Director of Digital Marketing will have the opportunity to make a significant contribution to the growth of the business and enhance our online presence.
Essential Job Functions:
• The Director of Digital Marketing will be responsible for establishing strategic direction and the hands-on implementation of Classic Residence by Hyatt internet marketing strategies, including website management, PPC, SEO, email, display ads and social media/networking and employee recruitment. • This individual will set clear processes for planning, budgeting and coordinating all digital initiatives to boost online awareness, traffic, lead generation and sales conversion. • Provides leadership within the marketing organization for digital marketing by working collaboratively with key stakeholders to drive the marketing agenda through digital actions. • Creates process for continuous improvement that maximizes digital spend and establishes best practices that can be replicated. • Manages digital agency teams in executing programs and media negotiations. • Manages the digital creative resource.
Requirements:
Qualified candidates must have a strong understanding of key internet marketing medium: email marketing, display ads/banners, affiliate marketing, website optimization and organic/paid search experience. Three years demonstrated people management experience is required. Additionally, the candidate must have a minimum of 10 years of experience in marketing, specifically 5+ years of related experience in the digital marketing/communication industry. Both client side and agency side experience is required with a minimum of five years of agency experience.
