Job Description
The Sr. Marketing Analyst is responsible for analytical support across all aspects of the marketing and sales department.

Please note – need someone with a marketing performance analysis background and experience – experience in analyzing acquisition Direct Mail tests, or online banner performance, or paid search keyword performance

This position includes acting in an advisory capacity, consulting with channel/brand/segment/distribution managers and most importantly, helping further develop marketing’s critical thinking process. In addition to campaign performance and test analysis, the Sr. Marketing Analyst is responsible for proactively providing insights to the marketing team based on daily tracking and analysis of operational data. The Sr. Marketing Analyst will also be responsible for managing marketing wide analysis and reporting plans and overseeing cross-functional project teams to insure data availability, data integrity and shared learnings. The Sr. Marketing Analyst will be an integral part of the team responsible for the successful growth and profitability of our marketing efforts.

Essential Job Functions:

Analyze effectiveness of direct response new member acquisition campaigns and current member retention programs

Manage marketing testing process including test design, universe sizing, clearly defined test parameters & variables, definition of success metrics, ensuring of data availability & tracking, final results analysis, rollout recommendation and information sharing with broader team

Produce subscriber metrics trending and reporting including member profitability, churn propensity, usage patterns, forecasting, breakeven analyses, channel source tracking & attribution and customer profile information

Dissemination of key learnings across team

Development, implementation and management of performance tracking and analysis tools that support overall effectiveness

Contribute to development of Enterprise Data Warehouse to provide greater transparency on business performance and metrics. Support business intelligence tool rollout.

Monitor and negotiate work activities with internal & external partners in order to coordinate timely and consistent delivery of high quality data, reporting and analyses

Proactively identify opportunities for growth and/or increased efficiency via what-if scenario analysis

Support of organizational objectives through sizing of new audience segments and contributing to related business cases

Produce executive-level reporting, including quarterly performance reviews to Board of Directors

Other projects as assigned

Requirements
