Responsible for pushing our digital marketing efforts to next level, modernizing and systematizing our approach, and putting a digital marketing system in place. This role will drive those efforts. Financial services experience is not required.
Essential Job Functions :
Engages audiences with the company’s digital platforms through the creation and execution of digital content, social engagement, and technological innovation.
Devises strategies to drive online traffic to the company website.
Tracks conversion rates and making improvements to the website.
Manages a range of digital marketing techniques including paid search, SEO and PPC.
Oversees the social media strategy for the company.
Reviews new technologies and keeps the company at the forefront of developments in digital marketing.
Guides team in implementing data-driven and user-centered methodologies to optimize digital experiences across dotcom, mobile and emerging platforms to drive KPIs. Guides team in developing best-in-class processes to collect data, client feedback, derive insights and inform business intelligence and product decisions.
Other duties as assigned.
Education and Experience:
7+ years of experience in a digital marketing with a focus on both the B2B and B2C marketing experience.
Experience building and managing multi-channel acquisition strategies, including but not limited to search, social, paid, re-targeting and email marketing.
Experience leading a small team to achieve excellent results.
Strong business partnering experience across multiple departments; ability to successfully collaborate cross-functionally to achieve company goals.
Experience managing and completing cross-team projects; Ability to project manage/prioritize multiple projects simultaneously.
Use of the latest tools on programmatic digital marketing is critical.
