Duties and Responsibilities:
Performs heavy, outbound sales via telephone with an end goal of introducing Dahl for future consideration, finding and attaining prospective client proposals and obtaining client referrals.
Performs proposal follow-up.
Must learn and demonstrate a fundamental understanding of the client’s services and capabilities to uncover business needs.
Knows when to escalate client issues to a higher level.
Must meet or exceed established goals and assigned quota.
Uses and tracks information into the proprietary CRM system.
Keeps manager informed, as required. Uses sales reports and technology, as assigned.
Maintains confidentiality and acts with integrity.
Regular and predictable attendance is an essential function of this job.
Other duties, as assigned.
Bachelor’s degree in a business-related field with completed course work, an internship or an emphasis in sales; or, equivalent work experience performing outbound phone sales.
Must have a strong desire to build a career in business-to-business outbound sales!
