The Inside Sales Representative will work alongside an outside field representative. They will have multiple responsibilities from selling and gathering data to prospecting and supporting the field representative.
Manage contract renewals and identify cross-sell/upsell opportunities to drive revenue growth
Develop and maintain positive professional relationships among customers at all levels
Ability to manage and track opportunities and pipeline in Salesforce
Align with channel and partner teams to support overall company revenue targets
Provide account management and customer support when necessary
Work closely with team members to drive and close renewals
Provide account management per customer requests
What You Bring to the Team:
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience
1-2 years in sales/business development role
Strong oral (phone) and written (email) communication skills
Self – Starter, Entrepreneurial Spirit
Deadline and detail oriented
Knowledge with CRM software (preferably Salesforce)
Ability to close business while achieving a high level of partner satisfaction
Proven track record of success
Creative problem-solving and strong interpersonal skills
Ability to embrace the team culture approach
Self-Motivated and persistent
Ability to multi-task while achieving quota
Desire to grow with the company into a lucrative sales career
Background or experience in technology / information security / software selling
