Seeking a skilled marketing and communications professional to head marketing and communications efforts for a non-profit international association in the finance and legal services space.
The ideal candidate is someone who is creative, thoughtful, and urgent around designing and implementing marketing and communications strategies all aimed at providing enhanced value to a professionally diverse membership base and to aide in the growth of that membership base.
The ideal candidate will be experienced, passionate, and able to create a cogent executable marketing plan that sets goals, an execution timeline and measured results. Having strong organizational skills and being able to prioritize to achieve goals is critical.
The candidate who is selected for this role will have direct interface with the association Executive Director/CEO as well as volunteer board leadership.
Interface with other association departments is required including, sponsorship, membership, conferences, and education.
Development and management of a departmental budget is required.
Oversight of web site and content is required.
Management of vendor relationships is required.
Knowledge of technology solutions, including association data base solutions is required.
A minimum of 8 years experience is required (exceptions can be made) with at least 2 years of association experience.
