A non-profit organization located in Kalamazoo, MI, is looking to fill the position of Exhibit and Sponsorship Sales Coordinator. The individual will be responsible for all aspects of exhibitors and sponsors sales, from identifying the lead all the way to closing the sale. Additionally, they are also responsible for application review, contract management, exhibit layout, and customer service. This role will also be responsible for promoting and selling job placement services. The delivery of the products and services requires some travel associated with this role. Candidate will be expected to develop and execute strategies to expand services to new audiences. Experience with Microsoft Office Suite is required. The association uses technology heavily so experience with various sales platform will be beneficial to be successful in this role. Ability to speak a second language will be an additional benefit.
