This position is responsible for overall Personal Banking marketing and customer acquisition programmes. This includes driving Deposits, Secured Loans, Wealth product marketing initiatives to meet agreed yearly business targets.
Work closely with Product owners, Sales, Operations, Compliance and Legal stakeholders to plan, develop and implement marketing programs that drive customer acquisitions, leads generation and revenue while strengthening the segment brand proposition.
Develop integrated product marketing strategies and communications ensuring the agreed value propositions are appropriately expressed for the respective segments and to take advantage of identified market opportunities. This includes conceptualizing and rolling out gifting options for customers.
Work with creative and media agencies to develop effective marketing collaterals for all touchpoints while leveraging on an optimal media mix
Work closely with Product Managers, Sales & Distribution and Channels to provide marketing support and marketing collaterals and tools to aid sales. This includes conceptualising and supporting branch activation and roadshows.
Work closely with the Analytics team for more effective customer targeting and to monitor and track campaign performance and results to aid learnings for future campaigns and for best practice sharing
Monitor, track and optimize allocated marketing budgets and marketing initiatives to achieve agreed yearly business targets
This incumbent is also accountable for the overall branch and off-site event/roadshow platform strategy. He/she will need to work with various internal and external stakeholders to create valuable consumer experiences to drive retail sales opportunities in the retail branches and at offsite roadshow venues.
Working closely with Product owners, Sales, Operations, Compliance and Legal stakeholders and external business partners (Fund houses, hotels, media, advertising & event companies) to plan, conceptualise and execute quality events that drive customer acquisitions, leads generation and revenue.
Accountable for the overall bancassurance roadshows and seminars strategy, calendar planning and creating timely and comprehensive financial reports.
Responsible for developing all customer-facing communications such as product brochures, event collaterals and roadshow specific promotions.
Create and maintain strong partnerships with venues and vendors.
The individual must be able to think out of the box, work independently, strong project management skills with meticulous attention to detail. He/she must be able to manage several events at the same time.
At least 8 years of marketing communications & events/retail experience
Degree in Communications, Marketing or Business
Creative and resourceful in finding solutions
