Works with the Director of Marketing and Admissions to create and execute marketing/enrollment strategies for Level. The role includes identifying and setting up marketing campaigns, ensuring their correct execution and analyzing results. Measures how enrollment campaigns are performing against stated objectives and uses ongoing analytics and empathy work to make changes to program and marketing roadmaps as informed by student response. Prepare workflows, Excel spreadsheets and salesforce reports. If the offering is new and may not be distributed through existing channels and processes, support customer acquisition and operations efforts during the pilot and accelerate stages. He/she will work closely with the Director of Marketing and Enrollment as well as other team members to make sure that the acquisition strategy framework is sound and that best practices in both customer relationship management and digital acquisition are met in each campaign contact. Advances and monitors progress on the Director of Marketing and Enrollment's program initiatives. Serves as primary liaison on special projects as assigned. Interact on behalf of the Director of Marketing and Enrollment with other senior administrators, faculty, professional staff and external constituents. Support implementation of all performance measurement-related activities, track reporting of project measures and key deliverables, produce reports on project indicators for success and develop materials and provide day-to-day coordination of projects under the Director of Marketing and Enrollment. Develop, analyzes, and manages the reporting on performance metrics. Develop routine and specialized reports to provide information to the division including performance metrics with respect to project delivery and strategic goals.
Bachelors degree and two to four years of progressively responsible marketing and admissions support experience in a fast-paced and service-oriented environment or relative combination of education and experience required. Ability to work in a highly flexible and innovative environment with an expanding role and shifting responsibilities. Strong interpersonal and communication skills required. High degree of diplomacy, customer service and organizational skills required. Demonstrated ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously, respond to last minute requests, solve problems, act with discretion, adapt to change and maintain professional demeanor at all times. Must be able to handle many competing priorities, meet tight deadlines, make informed decisions and work extended hours as needed. Willingness to be pro-active, take initiative and ownership, build win-win situations. Sound judgment and ability to deal effectively with matters of a highly visible and confidential nature is essential. Must be able to handle sensitive material, maintain highest level of confidentiality, multi-task, set priorities and work independently or as part of a team. High degree of proficiency with internet and desktop software (Mac and PC), Google Analytics, Salesforce, market, internet marketing and advertising tools. Sophisticated experience with Excel required. We are looking for individuals who have worked in start-ups and/or new product development functions within large organizations.
